Embodying New Year Possibilities: Gentle Yoga + Journaling

  • Union Hall 1750 Wewatta Street, Suite 144 Denver, CO, 80202 United States (map)

There are a limited number of spots available. Reserve your spot through the calendar below.

In this session, we will embrace the energy of the new year by tapping into our unique emotional, spiritual, and body wisdom. We'll come together to collectively manifest our New Year's intentions through journaling, slow flow, & restorative postures. Juhee's offering will be weaving in space for autonomy and accessibility through mindful movements and breathing that meets participants where they are at.

Please bring items to support you –a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and your favorite writing utensil.

All levels are welcome. Reach out to Juhee for any accessibility needs or curiosities.

Juhee Kumar

(she/they) is a budding yoga guide currently based in Denver, CO, USA. Rooted in play, embodiment, and choice, Juhee focuses on co-creating and sustaining healing spaces for QTBIPOC & youth. As an intuitive spirit on a brave quest for knowing, Juhee embraces their past Master’s education in Counseling Psychology and Satya Yoga Cooperative's 200 Hour BIPOC Yoga Teacher Training to dream up what the process of community care could look like. When Juhee is not playing on their yoga mat, you can find them graciously holding gatherings or spontaneous nature adventures in the mountains. Juhee is most grateful for her continuation of embodiment rituals, inner-child connection, and taking up space/time within community for herself & ancestors. Juhee’s affirmation through this creative process has been: I am witnessed, seen, & held.
