In this session, there is the invitation to arrive as you are. As we gather, we will co-create space for tapping into our own unique emotional, spiritual, and body wisdom. During this slow and gentle practice, Juhee will guide participants through mindful movement and breathing practices. Juhee provides options for choice, and there is always the space to play or explore these practices in a way that makes most sense to your body and needs. This class is open to all ages, and option to arrive prepared with any items that support you such as a stone, yoga props, or your favorite writing utensil & journal.
