Rough Gems is an annual open call and collaborative curatorial project at Union Hall. Showcasing the work of three curators/curatorial teams in a rotating pop-up exhibition format, Rough Gems grants access to Union Hall’s resources, offering fair and equitable wages for all artists and curators, and providing curatorial mentorship and support to pull off the exhibition of your dreams!
Union Hall accepts proposals that include a wide range of creative expressions, and exhibitions outside of a traditional format, such as music or poetry showcases, performance or film series, and immersive installations.
