Frankie and Therin

Friends and collaborators since 2015, Therein Zimmerman (they/them) and Frankie Toan (they/them) have worked individually and together on many art/community projects throughout the Denver-metro area. Some of their collaborative highlights include being founding members of the Secret Love Collective (2017-2021), an art collective that organized community-driven events based around art performances, shows, installations, and gatherings. In 2019 the artists helped to rebrand Make, Believe Bakery- a local Denver staple. Most recently, both Therin and Frankie individually completed rooms at Meow Wolf Denver. Additionally they have worked with many local galleries, art spaces, and non-traditional art spaces to produce art events and shows. Some of these spaces include 40 West Arts and the city of Lakewood, RedLine Denver, Leon Gallery, the Center for Visual Arts Denver, STEAM on the Platte, Meow Wolf, and BreckCreate: Breckenridge Creative Arts.
