Out of Time: Imagining the Future of America—the third and final exhibition in Union Hall’s 2025 Rough Gems Curatorial program series—examines how artists envision speculative futures while grappling with America’s complex past. Through the power of visual representation, these works challenge historical narratives, question societal norms, and propose bold, new realities. Across a range of mediums, the exhibition touches on the rich diversity of cultural movements across America; such as Civil Rights, Indigenous sovereignty, and Afro-Latinx liberation.
